House & Garden
The interiors title from Conde Nast
House & Garden magazine is probably the best-known interiors title in the UK. Published by Conde Nast, it sits alongside their other title ‘World of Interiors’ and showcases design by the finest designers. It has a remit to show ‘real’ homes, often dipping into the curious and quirky, not just the very glamorous properties. The magazine also covers garden design and horticulture.
I worked on the magazine for a year, as a freelance designer, with the art director and deputy art director.
The photography in the magazine is second-to-none, as is the attention to detail and post-production. I have an interest in antiques and interiors, so this was a great title to work on.
